Senior Manager - Capital Markets & Trading Solutions

About the role

ADIB Group is looking for a Senior Manager for Capital Markets and Trading Solutions in Abu Dhabi. The role supports the Wealth Management Products Team in developing and launching new capital markets products, with a focus on Sukuk, structured products and FX solutions. It covers product performance monitoring, regulatory compliance and the end-to-end lifecycle of the assigned product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse investment ideas aligned with client needs and macroeconomic trends.
• Promote capital markets products (Sukuk, structured products, FX) through frontline engagement.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to post-sale monitoring.
• Train and develop distribution channels on new and existing products.
• Coordinate with Back and Middle Office for operations and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate product documentation and approvals, and ensure regulatory compliance with Central Bank and SCA approvals.
• Develop marketing and promotional materials, prepare product programs, presentations and teasers for new launches, and support client meetings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver initiatives on time and strengthen relationships with third-party providers.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field; CFA preferred.
• 7-10 years' experience in Wealth Management, Investment Management or Investment Banking.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an added advantage.
