Senior Manager – Insights

About the role

The Senior Manager – Insights will lead Finance House’s enterprise‑wide data analytics, AI and business intelligence functions. You will drive data‑led decision making, intelligent automation and operational efficiency across all business units in a regulated financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise analytics and insights strategy aligned with the company’s digital transformation roadmap.
• Identify, prioritize and deliver high‑value analytics initiatives across Consumer and Corporate Financial Services, Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Marketing.
• Design, build and deploy advanced predictive models, AI‑enabled insights and BI solutions.
• Create executive dashboards, KPI scorecards and automated reporting frameworks using Power BI, Tableau, SQL and Python.
• Ensure analytics activities comply with UAE Central Bank regulations, data‑privacy laws and cybersecurity standards.
• Support senior leadership with strategic forecasting, scenario analysis and profitability insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading enterprise analytics or BI functions in a regulated financial services organization.
• Strong understanding of data governance, compliance and risk management.
• Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights for senior executives.
