Senior Manager - Performance Marketing

About the role

A highly analytical and results-focused Senior Manager - Performance is sought to lead digital performance marketing for a high-profile destination marketing client. The role covers the planning, execution and optimisation of multi-channel performance campaigns, linking business goals to digital KPIs and leading a team to deliver data-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define paid-media strategies aligned with business goals (direct bookings, ancillary upsells, loyalty enrolment) and seasonal demand, and build media plans across search, display, social, video and programmatic channels
• Manage a six- to seven-figure annual paid-media budget by channel, geography, device and customer segment, and develop quarterly and annual forecasts
• Oversee campaign setup, bid automation, creative testing and A/B testing, and scale winning variants
• Use GA4, attribution platforms and BI tools to build dashboards and multi-touch attribution models
• Present monthly and quarterly reviews to senior leadership and build executive decks linking media results to revenue, CAC and LTV
• Work with e-commerce, product, brand marketing, CRM and retention teams on booking flows, creative themes and audience integration
• Mentor junior managers, analysts and executives, set SOPs and promote data-driven experimentation
• Monitor emerging channels such as AI-powered bidding and shoppable ads, recommend technology investments and ensure compliance with GDPR, ePrivacy and CCPA, plus brand safety and fraud prevention
