Senior Manager – Pillar Two Tax & Legal Services (Dubai)

About the role

PWC Middle East is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Pillar Two (BEPS 2.0) tax and legal services for multinational clients headquartered in the UAE and the wider region. The role combines technical tax expertise with strategic advisory, helping clients navigate the OECD global minimum tax rules and related UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and promote the firm’s Pillar Two strategy across the Middle East, building thought leadership and market positioning.
• Lead end‑to‑end engagements, including readiness assessments, impact modelling and implementation road‑maps for regional multinationals.
• Interpret OECD/GloBE and UAE tax rules into practical frameworks, governance models and client‑specific operating procedures.
• Design and implement scalable minimum‑tax compliance and reporting processes, integrating ERP and tax‑technology solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and senior leadership, providing proactive insights on regulatory developments.
• Coach and develop junior team members, fostering a high‑performance delivery culture.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in international tax, specifically OECD BEPS 2.0 (Pillar Two) and UAE tax regulations.
• Proven track record of managing complex, high‑impact tax engagements for multinational clients.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior client executives.
• Demonstrated leadership and people‑development capabilities.
