Senior Manager – Project Delivery

About the role

The Senior Manager – Project Delivery will lead the execution of large‑scale construction projects for a diversified investment group in Dubai, ensuring alignment with business plans, budgets, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned BTS projects according to approved plans, contracts, programmes, budgets and quality standards.
• Prepare and coordinate job requisitions, project initiation documents and collaborate with development, design, procurement, contracts and commercial teams.
• Monitor daily construction progress, critical path activities, procurement schedules, design deliverables, material approvals, manpower, equipment and site productivity.
• Review contractor and consultant execution plans, track actions and escalate delays or under‑performance.
• Coordinate resolution of technical queries, RFIs, design interfaces, constructability issues and site matters while protecting design intent.
• Track project commitments, expenditure, cash flow, variations, claims and forecasts against budget.
• Administer project risks, issues, changes and decisions using approved registers and governance processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• 10–12 years of construction and project delivery experience, including 4–6 years managing large‑scale real‑estate projects.
• Hands‑on experience in site execution, contractor/consultant coordination, programme recovery, cost control and handover, preferably on the UAE developer side.
