Senior Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager – Retail Operations will oversee a cluster of watch stores across the UAE, driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence and delivering a premium customer experience. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day store management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives to meet or exceed budgeted targets, develop localized retail strategies and support promotions.
• Maintain retail hygiene by ensuring store appearance, visual merchandising and cleanliness meet brand standards.
• Manage staffing levels, performance, grooming standards, rosters and incentive calculations.
• Control inventory, oversee stock turnover, place orders and coordinate with mall management and contractors.
• Produce regular reports, analyse performance data and provide feedback to senior management.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of retail operations experience, preferably in luxury or premium segments such as watches, fashion, jewellery or lifestyle.
• 3–5 years in a managerial or multi‑store role with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Hands‑on experience managing mall‑based retail operations in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
