Senior Manager – Sales Transformation

About the role

The organization is seeking a senior leader to drive a comprehensive transformation of its sales function. Reporting to the VP/SVP of Sales Transformation, the role will shape strategy, redesign processes and embed technology to boost sales effectiveness and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sales or business transformation across strategy, processes, operating model, technology, KPIs and governance.
• Identify performance gaps and design practical roadmaps to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Drive CRM, digital, data/analytics and automation initiatives throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Oversee sales process redesign, performance management, incentive/KPI frameworks and change management.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to translate strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.

Required profile

• UAE‑based candidate with a strong consulting background in sales/commercial transformation.
• Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end transformation programmes in large, complex organisations.
• Deep understanding of sales operating models, CRM, analytics, digital enablement and change management.
• Experience from a leading strategy or management consulting firm is strongly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing C‑suite leadership.
