Senior Manager - Total Rewards

About the role

The Senior Manager – Total Rewards leads the design, implementation and governance of compensation and benefits for Al Futtaim’s Automotive and Retail divisions, covering roughly 14,500 employees across 14 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Apply group-wide salary structures, grading frameworks and pay ranges, managing pay decisions, exceptions and ensuring internal equity with less than 5% anomalies.
• Execute the end‑to‑end annual salary review, promotion and bonus cycle, providing financial modelling, budget variance analysis and delivering audit‑compliant reporting.
• Administer employee benefits, manage vendor relationships, adapt designs to local regulations and achieve 100% labour‑law compliance.
• Serve as the primary Total Rewards advisor to HR business partners and business leaders, influencing over 90% of material people‑related decisions.
• Generate compensation analytics, conduct pay equity and gender parity analyses, and maintain HRIS data integrity with over 98% accuracy.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive Total Rewards/HR experience in multi‑country operations, preferably overseeing 8,000+ employees.
• Professional certifications such as GRP or CCP are an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration and pay‑cycle management.
• Proficiency in SAP HR, SuccessFactors, advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to use analytics dashboards and reporting tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
