Senior Medical Sales Representative (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Senior Medical Sales Representative will lead field execution for NCH’s healthcare and nutraceutical portfolio across Abu Dhabi, driving growth while ensuring high‑quality engagement with healthcare professionals. This senior position combines deep scientific knowledge with commercial expertise to strengthen brand positioning and expand market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a territory strategy aligned with brand objectives, monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to maximise ROI.
• Deliver insight‑driven scientific detailing to prescribers, linking clinical evidence to patient outcomes.
• Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, high‑potential prescribers and institutional accounts.
• Identify cross‑selling and portfolio expansion opportunities and support tender initiatives.
• Analyse competitor activity, prescribing trends and market dynamics, providing actionable insights to Marketing, Medical and Commercial teams.
• Coach junior representatives, share best practices and contribute to field intelligence.

Required profile

• Advanced scientific knowledge in therapeutic areas relevant to NCH’s portfolio.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior sales staff.
• Ability to work in full compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and company standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with healthcare professionals.
