Senior Mobile Systems Engineer (Flutter & Agentic AI)

About the role

A real estate developer building AI-native homes and workplaces is hiring a Senior Mobile Systems Engineer. The mobile super app is the main interface to an intelligent agent that learns its occupants and adapts the environment toward wellness and longevity. The role is hybrid and requires deep Flutter expertise and strong backend engineering skills, leading the move from static menus to agentic interfaces using voice, vision and generative UI.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain a scalable Flutter codebase hosting fintech, lifestyle and identity mini-apps, with SSO, multi-factor authentication and tiered KYC workflows
• Integrate multi-provider payment systems (Apple/Google Pay, Stripe, direct banking APIs)
• Build agentic interfaces that adapt to AI-inferred user intent, and implement low-latency streaming TTS and STT systems
• Integrate mobile-side AI agents that act on behalf of users across the app
• Develop and optimise high-concurrency backend APIs (Python/Node.js/Go) and secure offline-first data synchronisation
• Manage push notifications and OTA updates, and ensure 60fps+ performance with heavy AI and media processing
• Apply security standards for biometrics, secure enclave and encrypted storage

Required profile

• Flutter expert with Dart and platform channels (Swift/Kotlin)
• Ability to design voice-native experiences and treat KYC and payments as critical infrastructure
• Preferred: apps with 1M+ MAU, open-source Flutter contributions, on-device ML (TensorFlow Lite, CoreML) and micro-frontend knowledge

• SSO (OAuth2, OpenID Connect), KYC (Sumsub, Jumio), payments (Stripe, Adyen)
• Backend: Python (FastAPI/Django) or Node.js, REST/GraphQL, WebSockets
• State management: Riverpod, Bloc or Signals
• CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Fastlane), JWT, OAuth2, biometric auth, ProGuard/R8, SSL pinning
