About the role
Enclave Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Off Plan Property Consultant to drive sales of off‑plan residential and commercial projects. You will work with fresh leads and leverage the company's strong developer relationships to close deals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and convert investment opportunities and leads into sales.
- Negotiate and present property proposals to clients, ensuring targets are met.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Dubai developers, new launches and payment plans.
Required profile
- Proven track record in off‑plan real estate sales in Dubai.
- Strong negotiation and client presentation skills.
- UAE driving licence preferred.
Required skills
- Russian language proficiency.
