Senior Officer, Facility Maintenance

About the role

The Senior Officer, Facility Maintenance will oversee the administration and execution of all contracted services related to housing, utilities, landscaping, cleaning, and pest control across the organization’s sites, including industrial buildings, clubs, and recreational areas.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise facilities services at site offices and employee living quarters, ensuring contractors follow approved plans.
• Plan procurement of equipment, furniture, and facilities in coordination with the procurement function.
• Manage sports centers, amenity facilities, housing, and utilities maintenance services.
• Review and approve daily maintenance task orders, minor work orders, and local purchases according to department policies.
• Mobilize required teams, tools, and equipment for maintenance activities.
• Oversee civil and electromechanical facility upgrade projects to enhance utilities or introduce new technologies.
• Administer service contracts, evaluate contractor performance, and handle contract amendments or renewals.
• Ensure timely pest‑control operations across all operational areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in high‑rise building maintenance.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Computer literate.
