Senior Officer - Investigations

About the role

Transguard Group is seeking a Senior Officer – Investigations to join its Investigations Team in Dubai. The role supports the Head of Business Unit by handling whistleblowing, complaints and allegations of illegal conduct involving employees or third parties.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct investigations as directed, compile factual reports and keep senior management informed of progress.
• Identify compliance vulnerabilities, develop corrective action plans and advise business units on investigation matters.
• Support the Ethics hotline and promote awareness of the Code of Conduct and compliance policies.
• Assist in developing investigation strategies, policies and training programmes across the organisation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in investigations, compliance monitoring or complaint handling.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate professionally at all business levels.
• Strong written communication skills and experience delivering training and awareness sessions.
• Background in investigations, law, police or military is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
