Senior Partnerships Manager – MENA & Africa

About the role

This senior position will lead the commercial growth of a fast‑growing international payments business across the MENA, GCC and Africa regions. Based in Dubai, you will own the strategy for acquiring new payment providers and expanding the company’s ecosystem in emerging markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and secure new payment providers, PSPs, acquirers and alternative payment partners.
• Build and manage strategic commercial relationships across MENA and Africa.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance, Sales and Account Management teams to launch new solutions.
• Support onboarding and go‑to‑market activities for newly acquired payment services.
• Represent the business at industry events and with key partners.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Payments, FinTech or iGaming.
• Background with a PSP, acquirer, payment aggregator or similar institution.
• Proven track record in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships or Payment Provider Acquisition.
• Established commercial relationships across MENA and/or Africa.
• Excellent commercial negotiation and partnership‑building skills.
