Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Telescope Media Group, a regional leader in Arabic visual content and creative production, is expanding its team in Dubai and is looking for a highly experienced Senior Performance Marketing Specialist. The role designs and runs paid media strategies across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads to grow the group's digital presence, brand awareness and campaign results, working closely with creative, production and strategy teams. It is a full-time, on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Build full-funnel paid media strategies across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Search, Display, YouTube and Discovery, with audience segmentation, retargeting and lookalike modeling
• Optimize campaigns daily for CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPM and conversion rate, run A/B and multivariate tests, and report weekly, monthly and quarterly
• Manage ad budgets across the UAE, KSA and Jordan, forecast trends and own the ROI
• Work with creative teams on content direction and ad formats, and with strategy and business development teams on campaign alignment
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and regional regulations
• Set up tracking (pixels, UTM parameters, events, API conversions, data layers) and automation rules with development teams

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in media, production or agency settings
• Ability to manage medium to large monthly budgets
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Preferred: background in media production, content creation, entertainment or social industries, and understanding of GCC market behaviour

• Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Platform, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, attribution models and conversion tracking
• CRM systems, marketing automation and landing page optimization (preferred)
