Senior Performance Marketing Specialist – Retail (UAE)

About the role

The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will lead the design, launch and scaling of performance‑driven campaigns for Al Futtaim Retail across the Middle East and Asia. This role focuses on driving traffic, sales growth and efficient media spend while supporting brand awareness and customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Define, launch and optimise region‑specific performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display and programmatic channels.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and other retail tools.
• Manage multi‑channel, multi‑market media budgets to meet revenue, ROAS, CAC and acquisition targets.
• Collaborate with Brand, Digital Trade and CRM teams to align media activities with stock availability, product priorities and marketing calendars.
• Oversee creation and optimisation of creative and content assets to ensure brand consistency and performance goals.
• Apply a test‑and‑learn methodology and data‑driven decision‑making in a fast‑paced, multi‑market environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of performance marketing experience managing regional or multi‑market accounts and budgets.
• Proven track record of delivering data‑driven campaigns with strong ROI and brand impact.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end digital paid advertising initiatives across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
