Senior Pet Relocation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Pet Relocation Specialist to plan, coordinate and manage domestic and international pet moves for our clients in the UAE. The role ensures full compliance with airline policies, UAE regulations and destination‑country requirements while delivering a safe and stress‑free travel experience for pets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end pet relocation services, including import, export and transit arrangements.
• Prepare and review health certificates, import/export permits, customs documentation and airline paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, destination country requirements, airline policies and international animal transportation standards.
• Liaise with government authorities, veterinary clinics, airlines, freight agents, customs officials and relocation partners.
• Advise clients on vaccination schedules, microchipping, quarantine, laboratory tests and travel preparations.
• Book flights, create travel itineraries and monitor transport to guarantee the safest route for each pet.
• Track relocation progress and provide regular updates to clients.
• Resolve documentation issues, customs clearance problems, flight changes or regulatory obstacles.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure proper filing of all documentation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with changes in international pet travel regulations and airline requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in pet relocation or animal transport.
• Strong knowledge of import, export, transit and documentation procedures for multiple countries.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Honest, hard‑working, self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to regulatory changes.
