Senior Process Engineer - Offshore

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support offshore projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves ensuring engineering excellence, compliance with standards, and delivering value throughout the asset life cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to engineering practices, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
• Support standardisation of equipment specifications, drawings, and document templates.
• Provide technical supervision to process designers and draftsmen.
• Prepare and review specifications, data sheets, bid evaluations, and vendor documents.
• Produce technical reports, operating manuals, and manage process‑oriented studies.
• Coordinate with the Lead Engineer to monitor quality and manage design changes within budget and schedule.
• Participate in weekly discipline meetings, progress reporting, and verification studies.

Required profile

• Demonstrated commitment to HSE management in a project environment.
• Extensive knowledge of ADNOC VIP/VAP assurance processes and relevant API standards.
• Ability to manage technical documentation and support multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong analytical skills for bid evaluation, vendor review, and process optimisation.
