About the role

KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions delivers holistic, value‑added engineering services across the entire asset life cycle, supporting governments and companies to meet their objectives and sustainability goals. The company is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join its Abu Dhabi team, focusing on PMC EPC projects within the petrochemical and refinery sector. The role will leverage extensive oil‑and‑gas experience to design and optimize complex plant operations.

Required profile

Minimum 15+ years of experience in oil & gas projects.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in petrochemical / refinery projects.
Experience within EPC and detail engineering projects.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (required).
ADNOC project experience (advantageous).
PMC project experience (advantageous).
Experience in Chlor‑Alkali, PVC, EDC‑VCM plants (advantageous).

Required skills

Oil & gas project expertise.
Petrochemical process knowledge.
Refinery process knowledge.
EPC project execution.
Detail engineering.
Chlor‑Alkali plant operations.
PVC plant operations.
