Senior Procurement Associate

About the role

As a Senior Procurement Associate at Chalhoub Group, you will support the organization’s purchasing activities across its luxury portfolio. You will source goods and services, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost‑effective buying while upholding quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and source suppliers to meet business requirements.
• Obtain quotations, compare pricing and negotiate favorable terms.
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders and related documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Evaluate supplier performance on quality, cost, delivery and service.
• Conduct supplier assessments, support vendor onboarding and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a luxury or retail environment.
