Senior Procurement Executive

About the role

The Senior Procurement Executive will lead strategic sourcing and procurement operations for a range of hospitality and healthcare product categories. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end purchasing, supplier partnership development, and ensuring cost‑effective, high‑quality supply continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and onboard reliable local and international suppliers across hospitality and healthcare product lines.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for items such as bed linen, bath linen, guest amenities, OS&E, FF&E, uniforms, and medical supplies.
• Manage the full procurement cycle from enquiry to purchase order issuance and delivery, securing competitive quotations and negotiating terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse and operations teams to forecast demand, support inventory planning and coordinate logistics.
• Provide commercial support for quotations, tender submissions, cost analysis and margin improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, maintain accurate documentation and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
• Proactive procurement professional with strong commercial awareness.
• Experience sourcing from both local and international markets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate commercial terms.
