Senior Procurement Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Officer to lead purchasing activities for our tents, shades, and landscaping projects. You will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely, cost‑effective delivery while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for tents, shades, and landscaping materials.
• Negotiate contracts, obtain quotations, and manage purchase orders.
• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Control costs and maintain quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of procurement experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Background in construction, tents, shades, or landscaping industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers and construction materials.
• Proven experience in supplier negotiation and vendor management.
• Good understanding of purchasing procedures and documentation.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for an in‑person interview.
