Senior Procurement Specialist – Marketing Category

About the role

The Category Senior Specialist will lead procurement activities for marketing‑related spend, including outsourcing, recruiting, travel and consultancy services across all operating countries. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to design sourcing strategies, drive cost‑saving initiatives and ensure contract compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into sourcing projects.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, conduct RFx processes, negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance.
• Support cost‑optimization initiatives and report meaningful KPIs to stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, provide supplier intelligence and identify savings opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, legal, finance and external suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in category procurement, preferably within marketing or related services.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data and drive sourcing decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
