Senior Project Engineer - Offshore Project (VAP)

About the role

The Senior Project Engineer will lead the development and delivery of integrated department reports and dashboards for an offshore project, ensuring strategic decision‑making support and alignment with client reporting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and AI‑assisted tools.
• Consolidate data from multiple stakeholders to produce integrated, actionable reports.
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, including variance analyses and forecasting summaries.
• Collaborate with Planning & Governance teams to align reported progress with baseline schedules.
• Monitor resource planning and perform root‑cause analysis for deviations.
• Ensure all reports comply with client standards and contractual obligations.
• Maintain a structured repository of historical reports, change logs, and audit trails.
• Present findings to project managers, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Support project reviews, audits, and stakeholder meetings with tailored reporting packages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in project reporting, planning, or controls within the Oil & Gas sector.
