Steel Structure Foreman

About the role

Archirodon is seeking an experienced Steel Structure Foreman to supervise fabrication, erection and installation of steel structures on EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves coordinating teams, ensuring safety compliance and delivering daily construction targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise steel structure fabrication, erection, alignment, bolting and installation activities.
• Execute installation of pipe racks, platforms, access walkways, ladders, handrails, equipment supports and structural frames.
• Read and interpret structural steel, fabrication and erection drawings and isometric details.
• Coordinate lifting operations with lifting supervisors, crane operators and rigging teams.
• Ensure welding and bolting follow approved procedures and project specifications.
• Monitor manpower, tools, materials and equipment to meet daily targets.
• Maintain compliance with PTW, risk assessments, method statements, toolbox talks and ADNOC Life Saving Rules.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience as a Steel Structure Foreman on oil & gas, petrochemical, EPC or industrial construction projects.
• Previous experience on ADNOC/UAE or GCC projects is preferred.
• Technical qualification (ITI, Diploma) in Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent hands‑on experience.

• Knowledge of PTW, JSA/RA, method statements and site HSE requirements.
