Senior Project Manager – Construction

About the role

Group AMANA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple industrial construction projects across the region. The role involves overseeing project delivery from budgeting to hand‑over, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Foster productive relationships with project teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop, approve and manage project budgets and quarterly revenue targets.
• Plan, execute and finalize projects within agreed budget and schedule, defining objectives, scope and deliverables.
• Manage resources, monitor progress, report to stakeholders and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, obtain Taking‑Over Certificates and final statements of account.
• Coordinate hand‑over to maintenance, including zero‑leakage approval and close‑out documentation.
• Set goals for division and subordinates, delegate duties and track performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Proven ability to lead multicultural teams across multiple projects.

Required skills

• PMP certification.
• LEED Green Associate (LEED GA) certification.
• IOSH certification.
