Senior Project Manager – Data & AI (Healthcare)

About the role

SoftServe is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Data and AI initiatives within a large‑scale digital transformation program for the healthcare sector in the UAE. You will own end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑powered solutions that enhance patient outcomes, streamline services and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of Data and AI products, aligning scope, schedule, budget and quality with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases, requirements, success metrics and a delivery roadmap.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including Product Management, Data Science, Engineering, QA, Security, Compliance and Operations—to guarantee predictable delivery.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets and resources while maintaining transparent communication.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement using Scrum practices and Azure Boards.
• Ensure all deliverables meet healthcare regulations, data‑privacy standards and internal governance.
• Monitor performance through metrics, dashboards and regular reporting, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Foster collaboration with internal teams, customer stakeholders and external vendors.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience managing Data and/or AI projects, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven track record of delivering Data and AI products from initiation to production with measurable outcomes.
• Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management and resource allocation.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
• Good understanding of AI/ML delivery principles and healthcare data ecosystems.
