Senior Project Manager – Data Centres & HVAC

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead data centre and HVAC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering mission‑critical infrastructure for key accounts across the Middle East, working within an EPC environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of data centre and HVAC projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and specification compliance.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, overseeing planning, execution, commissioning and close‑out.
• Own project financials including P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Drive profitability, manage change orders, variations and commercial negotiations.
• Act as senior point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships.
• Coordinate internal teams (sales, engineering, supply chain) and external stakeholders (subcontractors, consultants, EPC partners).
• Lead, mentor and develop project managers and site teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implement change management and track KPIs for cost, schedule, quality and HSE.
• Implement and improve project management processes, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years experience in data centres, HVAC, cooling systems or mission‑critical environments.
• Background in EPC contracting or similar large‑scale project delivery.
• Proven track record managing large, complex, multi‑project programmes.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience with high‑value, technically demanding projects.
