Senior Project Manager – Fitout Projects

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead fit‑out and construction projects across the UAE, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule and quality standards. You will act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, driving coordination between facilities, MEP, IT, security, ELV and BMS teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project scopes, bills of quantities (BOQs), specifications and execution plans.
• Manage multiple fit‑out and construction projects concurrently, monitoring progress and compliance.
• Coordinate with FM, MEP, IT, Security, ELV and BMS stakeholders to ensure seamless systems integration.
• Monitor contractor performance, enforce schedules, and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support tendering processes, technical evaluations and procurement activities.
• Lead project progress meetings, produce regular reports and ensure timely handover documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related field).
• Minimum 20 years of construction and fit‑out experience, with at least 14 years in the UAE.
• Proven track record delivering fit‑out projects and managing multiple concurrent assignments independently.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, specifications, project planning and contractor management.
