Senior Project Manager – High‑rise Buildings

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of iconic high‑rise building developments. The role oversees projects from pre‑construction through handover, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary project teams for residential, commercial or mixed‑use high‑rise buildings (40+ stories).
• Act as primary contact for client stakeholders, consultants, contractors and municipal authorities.
• Coordinate design, commercial, procurement and construction streams to align with company strategic goals.
• Direct site operations, monitor contractor performance, construction methodology and quality control.
• Manage technical challenges such as vertical transportation, deep foundations, MEP integration and façade systems.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards, structural compliance and local building codes.
• Control project budgets, cash flows, cost reports and approve variation orders, claims and interim payments.
• Maintain master schedules, identify critical path risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Implement risk‑management frameworks to protect margins and milestones.
• Select, appoint and evaluate main contractors, sub‑contractors and design consultants.
• Facilitate communication between internal units and external regulatory bodies for statutory approvals and handovers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field (Master’s, PMP or MRICS preferred).
• 12‑15+ years of progressive project‑management experience in real‑estate or construction, with a proven record of delivering major high‑rise developments.
• Experience working with leading developers or consultancies in the region.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of local authority approvals and building codes.
• Expertise in FIDIC contracts and procurement strategies.
• Proficiency with BIM and scheduling software such as Primavera P6.
