Senior Project Manager

About the role

BlackStone eIT is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee scope, schedule, cost, and quality for all projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust to meet deadlines.
• Lead and motivate project teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Engage stakeholders to define expectations, track milestones, and report status.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations to capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, preferably in IT or software development.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification highly preferred.
