Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end project management for large‑scale real estate developments across the UAE and KSA. The role involves delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute project strategies, monitor portfolio performance and ensure at least 90% of projects meet schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Establish governance frameworks, manage risk, ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards and statutory approvals.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, cash‑flow forecasting and financial performance.
• Lead design, construction and facility‑management phases, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors and consultants.
• Manage procurement, tendering, contract negotiations and administration in line with FIDIC principles.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Construction Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering large‑scale mixed‑use or complex real‑estate projects in the UAE/KSA.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and extensive experience in design coordination, construction execution, procurement and contract administration.
• Professional proficiency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC‑based contracts and project governance.
• Budgeting, cost control and financial forecasting.
• Procurement strategy, tendering and contract negotiation.
• Design review, construction monitoring and facility‑management coordination.
