Senior Real Estate Recruiter

About the role

Top Luxury Property, a premium Dubai brokerage, is seeking a Senior Real Estate Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end recruitment function and build a pipeline of high‑performing real‑estate professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for Property Consultants, Senior Consultants, Team Leaders, Sales Managers and other real‑estate roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, databases and personal networks; conduct headhunting and direct outreach to agents at competing brokerages.
• Screen and assess candidates on Dubai real‑estate experience, sales performance, brokerage background, developer knowledge, lead conversion, communication and negotiation skills.
• Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets, track KPIs such as candidates sourced, interviews, offers and retention ratios.
• Represent the company professionally, communicate its vision, commission structure, training, technology and career growth to candidates.
• Collaborate with marketing to run recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt, Dubizzle and emerging channels like WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok.
• Coordinate offer and onboarding processes with HR, maintain communication through notice periods and track new‑hire integration.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably within Dubai/UAE real‑estate.
• Strong understanding of the local brokerage market, commission‑based sales structures and successful agent profiles.
• Proven ability to source, headhunt and assess senior real‑estate talent.
• Existing network of Dubai real‑estate agents is a strong advantage.
