Senior Project Manager – Luxury Hospitality & Residential Projects

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of high‑end hospitality and residential developments, ensuring the client’s vision, brand standards, quality, cost, and schedule are met. This role acts as the primary liaison between the client, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery in line with company objectives and brand values.
• Develop, monitor and control project programmes, budgets and risk registers.
• Coordinate feasibility studies, site due diligence and design development.
• Manage multidisciplinary design teams and facilitate design workshops and value‑engineering.
• Support tendering, procurement strategy, contract administration and compliance.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and design intent through site inspections and progress meetings.
• Act as principal client representative, preparing regular reports and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, handover documentation and post‑completion evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
• Professional accreditation such as PMP, RICS, MRICS or MCIOB is highly desirable.
• 10‑15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE or GCC region.
• Proven track record delivering luxury hospitality and high‑end residential projects from inception to handover.
