Senior Project Manager – Middle East & Egypt

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of hotel development projects across the Middle East, with a primary focus on Egypt. Based in Dubai, you will travel extensively to support owners, monitor progress, conduct site inspections and ensure successful hotel openings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage design and construction processes for new developments, conversions and renovations.
• Act as Hilton’s primary Architecture Design & Construction (AD&C) representative and main point of contact for owners, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly internal project reports covering progress, milestones, risks and mitigation plans.
• Review consultant submissions throughout all design and construction stages and produce related reports.
• Collaborate with owners, developers and consultants to optimise delivery, quality and programme.
• Support Development during technical due‑diligence by reviewing plans, specifications and scheme proposals for brand compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary reviews with Architecture & Design, Openings & Transitions, Operations, Food & Drink, Technology and other Hilton functions.
• Facilitate communication to ensure operational requirements, design intent and brand standards are fully incorporated.

Required profile

• Strong project‑management experience in hotel or large‑scale construction environments.
• Technical expertise and ability to interpret architectural and engineering documents.
• Proven stakeholder‑management skills across owners, consultants and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different brands, owners and countries while maintaining quality standards.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Middle East and Egypt.
