Senior QA/QC Manager – EPC Projects

About the role

Archirodon is seeking a Senior QA/QC Manager to lead quality activities across its Oil, Gas and Chemicals division. You will be responsible for ensuring that all engineering, procurement and construction work meets the highest standards of quality and complies with client and company requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Quality Director and Division Director on all project quality matters.
• Manage and coordinate quality activities during engineering and procurement phases, assigning QC engineers, inspectors, document controllers and third‑party testing companies to site tasks.
• Review and monitor the application of the company’s IMS policies and procedures at project level.
• Set up and lead the division’s project site quality team, including training new and existing staff.
• Conduct frequent site visits, cooperate with Project Site QC Managers and resolve site quality issues.
• Coordinate with division management, project directors and client quality teams to address and resolve quality concerns.
• Initiate quality‑improvement proposals and drive proactive issue resolution.
• Lead internal project quality audits.
• Review contract requirements and advise on the use of standard IMS documents or the need for project‑specific versions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized university.
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification.
• Minimum 20 years of total experience with at least 5 years as a QA/QC Manager on oil & gas EPC projects.
• Proven experience managing QA/QC functions for pipelines, piping, tanks, process equipment, structures, painting & coating, and insulation.
• Strong background in large‑scale capital project management.
