Senior Quantity Surveyor for High‑Rise Projects

About the role

LOBA GROUP is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management and cost control on major high‑rise tower projects across the UAE and GCC. You will own the full cost lifecycle from pre‑contract planning through to final account settlement.

Key responsibilities

• Direct cost planning, budget preparation, cash‑flow forecasting and value engineering for structural, façade and MEP packages.
• Administer FIDIC and local GCC contracts, manage interim payment applications, variation orders and subcontractor accounts.
• Evaluate, quantify and negotiate commercial claims, prolongation costs and extension‑of‑time entitlements.
• Prepare tender documents, BOQs, contractual risk evaluations and conduct trade‑package comparisons.

Required profile

• 15+ years of quantity surveying experience on high‑rise commercial or residential projects in the UAE/GCC.
• B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or Civil Engineering; MRICS certification highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of FIDIC conditions, local GCC standard forms, POMI/CESMM measurement methods and dispute management.
