Senior Recruiter – Oil & Gas (Emirati)

About the role

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter with deep expertise in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering or Construction sectors to support a key client account in the Middle East. The role is fully on‑site in Dubai and focuses on partnering with senior hiring managers to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior hiring managers and business leaders to provide consultative recruitment support and market expertise.
• Lead vacancy briefing discussions and define recruitment strategies aligned to business needs.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to develop attraction strategies and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Provide hiring managers with insights on talent availability, market trends, competitor activity and hiring expectations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Lead complex offer negotiations and support hiring managers in making informed decisions.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pools for future hiring demand.
• Use recruitment data and funnel metrics to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment within Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering or Construction sectors.
• Experience supporting hiring across the Middle East region.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior hiring managers.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
