Senior Recruiter - Oil & Gas Sector

About the role

AMS is looking for a Senior Recruiter to support a key client account in the Middle East. The role is fully on-site in Dubai, with attendance at the client's office four days per week, and involves partnering with hiring managers, advising on hiring strategies and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior hiring managers and business leaders to provide consultative recruitment support and market expertise.
• Lead vacancy briefing discussions and define recruitment strategies aligned to business needs.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to develop attraction strategies and ensure strong talent pipelines.
• Provide hiring managers with insights on talent availability, market trends, competitor activity and hiring expectations.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and lead complex offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pools and use recruitment data and funnel metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
• Support colleagues on recruitment best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, Construction or related sectors.
• Experience supporting hiring across the Middle East region.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dubai five days per week.
• Nice to have: experience coaching or mentoring recruiters, strong understanding of talent market mapping and pipelining, additional languages.
