Senior Recruitment Consultant for Real Estate

About the role

Metropolitan Premium Properties is seeking an ambitious Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its real‑estate brokerage in Dubai. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and hiring top‑performing property consultants, team leaders and sales managers.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively headhunt senior brokers, agents and sales managers across the Dubai market.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high‑calibre candidates from competing brokerages.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals and direct outreach to source talent.
• Conduct detailed screening interviews assessing track records, transaction history and revenue generation.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and meet recruitment targets.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate pipelines, reporting and hiring forecasts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate brokerage recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real‑estate market and leading brokerages.
• Established network of real‑estate professionals in the UAE (highly advantageous).
• Commercially minded, target‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
