Senior Recruitment Consultant – NYC Tech Market (Dubai)

About the role

Talent Connect Group is seeking two Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultants to join its Dubai headquarters and focus exclusively on the New York technology market. The role is 360‑recruitment, covering the full talent acquisition cycle for high‑growth tech sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with senior tech talent across software engineering, data, cloud/DevOps and AI/ML.
• Generate new business opportunities and win accounts in the NYC tech market.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
• Meet and exceed KPI targets, including billings and placement timelines.
• Collaborate with the Dubai team to align strategies and share market insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a true 360 recruitment environment, preferably from a London‑based firm serving UK/EU or US markets.
• Demonstrated success placing candidates in software engineering, data, cloud/DevOps or AI/ML roles.
• Ambitious, KPI‑driven and able to thrive in a high‑performance culture.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai (or already based there) and occasional travel to New York.
