Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Consultant

About the role

We are expanding our presence in Abu Dhabi and are looking for a high‑performing Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive growth across our Real Estate and Financial Services verticals. This 360‑degree role requires direct market knowledge of Abu Dhabi and involves end‑to‑end mandate delivery from C‑suite headhunting to technical placements.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, map and acquire new corporate clients across key Abu Dhabi ecosystems, lead high‑level pitch meetings and negotiate terms.
• Own search mandates, conduct proactive sourcing, assess candidates through behavioral and technical interviews, and manage offer and onboarding processes.
• Maintain market mapping of Real Estate and Financial Services sectors, attend networking forums and track industry movements to anticipate hiring needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on recruitment experience in the Abu Dhabi market, preferably agency background.
• Proven track record delivering recruitment solutions in Real Estate and/or Financial Services and achieving personal revenue targets.
• Strong executive presence, excellent English communication, and an existing local network of candidates and clients.
