Senior Reporting Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Reporting Specialist to lead management, financial and operational reporting, data analysis and reporting governance. The role focuses on delivering accurate, decision‑useful reports and dashboards for senior leadership while improving reporting processes through automation and standardisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead preparation and delivery of recurring management, financial and performance reports, coordinating monthly, quarterly and annual cycles across functions.
• Validate reporting inputs for completeness, accuracy and logical integrity, and perform detailed variance analysis.
• Develop executive dashboards, performance scorecards and standardized reporting frameworks, maintaining reporting dictionaries and KPI definitions.
• Build automated reporting solutions using BI, data‑visualisation and ERP platforms, and improve processes through workflow optimisation.
• Ensure data quality, reconcile reporting data to source systems and maintain audit trails and controls.
• Support ad‑hoc analysis, strategic planning, budgeting and stakeholder reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in finance, business intelligence or reporting functions.
• Strong analytical skills with commercial awareness and attention to data quality.
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
