Senior Sales Advisor - On Running, Dubai

About the role

Seddiqi Holding is hiring a Senior Sales Advisor for its On Running store in Dubai. As a brand ambassador, you will create memorable in-store experiences, build customer relationships and drive sales performance while bringing the On brand to life.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, personalized customer experience
• Build strong customer relationships and understand their needs
• Share product expertise and recommend the best solutions
• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
• Support visual merchandising and store operations
• Mentor and support team members when required
• Represent On's culture, values and active lifestyle community

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality or another customer-facing role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for sports, fitness, running or an active lifestyle
• Positive, energetic and results-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
