Senior Sales Engineer - Hydronics Solutions

About the role

Oasis Investment Company (Al Shirawi Group) is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer in Abu Dhabi to generate new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. The role promotes Leminars hydronics solutions, including electric water heaters, solar heaters and commercial boiler systems, and contributes to the company's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for electric water heaters, solar heaters and commercial boiler systems.
• Identify and target potential clients in the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain regions and build a network of business relationships.
• Conduct product demonstrations and give technical advice to clients, and prepare and deliver sales presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials and campaigns.
• Maintain sales records, generate reports and update management on sales performance and market trends.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors and emerging technologies.
• Provide prompt customer service and work with the engineering team on timely delivery and installation.
• Take part in industry events, conferences and exhibitions to promote the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in the HVAC or hydronics industry.
• Excellent knowledge of electric water heaters, solar heaters and commercial boiler systems.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently, manage several projects and prioritise tasks.
