Senior Sales Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Sales Engineer you will demonstrate the value of Camunda’s platform to prospective customers, guiding them through product evaluation and helping them automate core business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Map customer requirements to Camunda’s product portfolio and quantify business value.
• Develop and deliver evaluation plans, demos, proof‑of‑concepts and code snippets.
• Support RFI/RFP responses and conduct product Q&A sessions.
• Partner with Account Executives and Solution Architects to drive pre‑sales engagements and close deals.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in sales engineering or pre‑sales, with strong consultative selling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (C1/C2); Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and events.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and modern software engineering practices.
• Familiarity with common IT/system architectures.
• Ability to create sample code, demos and technical artifacts.
