Senior Sales Manager – MENA

About the role

Supermicro is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive new engagement and sales growth with System Integrators and Cloud Service Providers across the Middle East and North Africa. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage multiple key accounts and channel partners in the MENA region.
• Lead full sales cycles from enquiry to order, ensuring accurate forecasts and smooth operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute channel sales strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and provide strategic reviews for both internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of proven sales experience in the hardware/technology industry, preferably selling to corporate accounts.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing business in the MENA market.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced international environment.
