Senior Sales Manager Middle East & India

About the role

SHA Wellness Clinic, a global leader in integrative health and longevity, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive the expansion of its GCC market presence. The role focuses on generating high‑value revenue across SHA’s destinations in Spain, Mexico and future sites in the Emirates, while acting as a brand ambassador for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development of the GCC market, targeting luxury travel agencies, concierge networks and private client advisors.
• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities through a proactive outbound sales approach.
• Build and manage B2B partnerships as well as direct‑to‑consumer sales channels to ensure diversified growth.
• Represent SHA at industry events and high‑level networking environments.
• Provide market intelligence on trends, competitor activity and client behaviour to shape commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with global Marketing, PR and Operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless client journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury hospitality, wellness or high‑end lifestyle sales, with a strong focus on the GCC market.
• Proven track record of developing and scaling Gulf markets for international brands.
• Strong personal network within the luxury ecosystem and a genuine passion for health, longevity and wellbeing.
• Ability to act as a brand ambassador and uphold SHA’s values in every client interaction.
