Senior Sales Manager – PPE (GCC Region)

About the role

The PPE Sales Professional will develop and grow B2B sales across GCC markets, building strong relationships with distributors, contractors, EPC companies, and end users. The role focuses on business development, key‑account management, and achieving sales targets for a complete PPE portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new B2B customers in oil & gas, construction, EPC, manufacturing, defense and utilities sectors across the GCC.
• Promote and sell head‑to‑toe PPE solutions, including protective clothing, gloves, footwear, helmets, FR/IFR garments, fall‑protection equipment and harnesses.
• Generate and manage sales leads through market visits, tenders and customer meetings.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with distributors, large contractors and end users, increasing wallet share through cross‑selling.
• Handle price negotiations, commercial discussions and contract finalisation.
• Maintain strong understanding of GCC PPE standards and certifications (EN, ANSI, NFPA, ISO, SASO).

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of relevant sales experience.
• Proven B2B sales track record in PPE or related industrial safety solutions.
• Experience managing key accounts and negotiating contracts in GCC markets.
