Senior SAP PP & PM Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP Lead with 15‑18 years of experience to drive functional excellence across SAP Production Planning, Plant Maintenance/EAM, Quality Management and Environment, Health & Safety for a mission‑critical AMS engagement in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the SAP PP, PM/EAM, QM and EHS functional tracks and act as senior escalation point for complex issues.
• Provide L2/L3 application support, own issue resolution from triage to root‑cause analysis and preventive action.
• Translate business requirements into fit‑to‑standard solutions, functional designs, configuration changes and test scenarios.
• Govern change requests, coordinate testing, manage releases and ensure post‑release stabilization.
• Monitor ticket trends, drive service improvements and automation, and produce runbooks and audit‑ready documentation.

Required profile

• 15‑18 years of SAP functional experience in PP, PM/EAM, QM and EHS.
• Proven ability to lead onsite‑offshore teams, mentor consultants and manage SLA/KPI performance.
• Experience in highly regulated environments such as aerospace, government or critical infrastructure.
• Willingness to undergo background verification and security clearance.
